Rolls N Bowls — Restaurant in Louisiana

We have eaten here several times, but after tonight we will never be back! My husband called in a take out order that I picked up. I walked in and no one was in the restaurant, but it took the employees behind the counter 2 minutes to even acknowledge me. They gave me the correct order, but charged me for someone else's order. The order I was charged for was $10 less than my order, but since I didn't place the order I didn't notice. They called my husband about 15 minutes later and asked him to pay the difference over the phone. I was just walking in from work and we were dealing with our baby, feeding him etc. so my husband asked if could call them back when he located his credit card. They called him over 5 times in the next hour. When we finally had a free minute my husband called back and they told him that "the man who handles that had stepped out". They called back later. They HARASSED us to correct a mistake THEY made. I was shocked that they would call us and inconvenience us at home to correct their mistake, but to continually call and harass us when we said we would call back is the worst treatment I have ever experienced...

You guys HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE! So fresh, so ridiculously tasty, and the food and service is always ON POINT! I love the staff! The manager/owner is so sweet I love her! I can't go one week without eating here. They do an awesome special, half off spring rolls and appetizers from 2-5pm! That's when I always come, and I usually try a variety of appetizers since they're half off. What do I usually order? Small pho brisket, crispy saigon egg rolls, delicious iced jasmine green tea. What does my boyfriend usually order? Regular pork noodle bowl AND a pork bahn mi. And after we devour all that it's so hard to leave without getting our avocado bubble tea with tapioca pearls! SO TASTY, SERIOUSLY. The portions are more than you'd expect, the flavours in their food are tasty, authentic, simple and the flavours are very CLEAN, unlike some Vietnamese restaurants I have tried. My best friend is Vietnamese and she TOTALLY APPROVES of this place!! :D I love you Rolls...

Very important note: Two SEPARATE times, they've forgotten my BUBBLE TEA & if you know me, that's a big ole NO-NO. Shame, shame, everybody knows your name.

On to the review: Great little find on UberEats. We use them quite FREQUENTLY for lunch at work because sometimes during the construction bidding process, leaving the office is feat that cannot be accomplished; and here is where ROLLS & BOWLS + UberEats comes in.

Pros: Being on UberEats - Great food selection - lots of BUBBLE TEA choices - low cost menu - great tasting food - quick preparation

Cons: Spring rolls, even if ordered separately, are all placed in one styrofoam container, this is not cool - not delivering my bubble tea x2
