J. Graham Studio Salon — Local services in Metamora Township

if you’re going to get your hair done, J Graham is the place to go. I’ve been to many hair salons, and every time I ask for something, I never get the exact result. Going to J Graham last December was the first time I got to experience what I actually anticipated. The place is so clean, the staff is so friendly, and vibes are immaculate. To get a full on balayage, it took about two hours, which is quicker than the last time I got just highlights at another place. here, they only hire experienced workers and the best of the area. Also, my hair color has been in for about five months, and you can still see it completely. I wash my hair every other day, and obviously the color is not the same at the roots, but my stylist did it so well, that it doesn’t look bad at all.UG there’s so much to talk about! One more thing, my stylist got sick, right before my appointment, and had to reschedule. My stylists schedule goes way far back because she is always so booked. Mediocre at best. I have been here multiple times over the past few years and have seen a few of the girls. I am super disappointed in the $46.80 haircut service I received earlier today. My stylist washed my hair in super cold water. She did not ask where my part was and assumed it was down the center. My haircut is very choppy at the bottom. I asked for layering, there is no layering. When she was done blow drying my hair she said “I don’t have any time to style your hair, my other clients’ hair needs to be rinsed”. Then she offered to keep another stylist late to style my hair. I declined as that is not the burden of the other stylist who did not do my service. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment expecting to wait and the stylist took me right away and still didn’t style my hair. Imagine if I had arrived at the time the appointment was supposed to start- she probably would’ve left my hair wet. I have already scheduled a revision from another salon to fix the botched job I received. I won’t be back....

I hired this salon to do the wedding hair for myself, my bridesmaids and the mothers. Erin did a fabulous job! she nailed my boho braid and put my vision to life. I was very pleased with how it turned out and how quickly she was able to get myself and 6 other people hairdo ready. I have been going here to get my hair colored and cut for the past year and their services and stylists have been accommodating and professional each and every time I visit. It is noticeable that they are well trained and knowledgable about everything hair! The last time I visited, I got about 8-9 inches off and she nailed the Pinterest samples I showed her before hand, and took care of the hair donation! I love this salon, and so glad they are...
