My 2008 Cadillac broke down about 1 hour out of town when I was traveling on a Friday night. I called many of the auto repair shops in both Madras and in Bend and none of the would stay after 5 PM to fix the SUV EXCEPT Ricardo at Prodigy Automotive. Tow truck got the car to his shop at 5:30 and he got the parts and had the SUV fixed by 7:30 PM.
