We arrived by the Great Allegheny Passage. There is a Western Maryland caboose on display on the western side of the building. There were three layouts of model trains with miniature buildings and scenery on the train room on the western side. The same room had many railroads and trains related displays. The eastern side of the building had some historical displays.

Lots of cool stuff, and all free! A few extensive model train displays, and one you can turn on. A couple rooms of historical info, with lots of pictures and items. Really liked the caboose and information on railroad history. Nice it's right on the bike path too, definitely stop by when you're in town!

We took our almost 3 year old grandson to the museum in the depot two weeks ago while we were staying in the area. What a charming museum! The building and the displays are very well done. Our grandson, of course, loved all of the model trains that you could activate. He also enjoyed going through the actual caboose sitting beside the depot museum. The gift shop was very nice; we got some of the local Milroy Farms maple syrup, along with a train toy for our grandson. It was a very...

I’m honestly so sad. I grew up here in the 90’s. My house was right new to this train station. We use to sell lemonade here as a kid to the runners and workers. I went to day and my house is no longer there. Not the potato farm of our family friend named heather. This was my address until our house burning up in the late 90’s or early 2000. 503 Main...
