If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large arrangement 2 days before Valentine's Day 2019 through 1800Flowers and they sent the order to be arranged by Mia Flowers. The arrangement with delivery and service fees was $145.00 so I'm expecting something close to what 1800Flowers has pictured, which I included in the pictures. My wife received an arrangement not nearly the size of a small arrangement and it appeared to be put together by a preschooler. I understand that this is a very busy time for florist but with a 2 day advance purchase I expected something close to the picture on 1800Flower's website. The flowers were also not fresh. After 3 days the roses wilted. The good news is that after 5 calls to 1800flower's call center in Manila/India/Pick a country that is not the USA, I finally received a full refund. I usually order flowers for my wife twice a year and this is the first time they use Mia Flowers. As a result of this bad experience I will not be using 1800Flowers again as I do not have control of who the local florist will be plus the hassle and time wasted getting the issue resolved is not worth the effort. You either provide consistent service or you lose my business. I like to support small businesses when I can but I also do not like to be ripped off by not getting what I paid for. I have never had a loved one surprise me with flowers on a special occasion like "Valentines Day," and when it does happen, I receive such a horrible quality of service and product...Half the flowers came half dead and nothing like the pictures provided. I didn't receive the card my boyfriend had specifically selected and paid extra for. The balloon he chose was not even similar to the one in the pictures. Obviously the transportation used to deliver the flowers was not well air conditioned, the driver had its windows down which makes me believe the car AC was not working, also considering how hot it is in Florida, therefore one reason why the flowers didn't make it alive. I wish 1-800-flowers could exclude this place from their provider of services, so more people in the future don't have to go through this disappointment and waste of money. I do not understand how this place is still open and how you guys haven't gone bankrupt already, especially having 2.2 stars... It’s been a complete NIGHTMARE dealing with them! I called them yesterday 18 times to simply confirm that they received my order and that it will be delivered on time and NO ANSWER. You think this is the end to their terrible customer service? THERES MORE, I called them today to ask for a refund and I finally got in touch with someone! I stated that I was charged for a bouquet that was never delivered and that I wanted my refund. They placed me on hold for 15 minutes till I finally hanged up. I tried calling back 5 more times and once again NO ONE IS ANSWERING. I feel like I’ve been disrespected as a customer and have never been more DISPLEASED!
