Went here as a camp counselor and it's a nice camp. Great cabins nice mess hall and good bathrooms. My only qualm is that the pool doesn't allow diving. They also have a cool obstacle course there for people to run which was pretty fun!

We went to Camp Chautauqua for the first time for youth church camp. It was incredible. The staff went above and beyond, and the property was absolutely gorgeous 💯

This camp is amazing, great facilities, great staff, great life-changing memories! Their activities are well run and safe, and no campers will have a boring time!

for my experience i went to this camp with the engage group. i have to say that all of the engage group staff i met were super nice but the camp and the camp staff itself was not. first of all, this is my first and only year here. the music was way too loud and staff weren’t letting people sit out while the music was going on. they also played the same songs every day of the camp instead of changing it up. the speaker also repeated a lot of the same stuff over and over again and honestly he was kind of offensive too. he made very uncomfortable jokes and said some contradicting things. i feel like i didn’t learn anything from being there. the only good part was the connect groups but that was with your church and none of the actual staff participated. speaking of the staff, i got rudely yelled at for looking over one of my guy friends shoulders at their phone while waiting for the service to start. i understand not being able to hold hands with partners or anything like that but this was simply me looking over my FRIENDS shoulder and not only did she not listen to us but she was very rude about it and it almost made one of my other friends cry due to their ptsd. the cabins for women were okay. they were expected for a camp, although some over the beds had leftover food in them which caused ants to be in a lot of the beds and there weren’t enough for everyone to get a clean bed. the cabins, especially for guys were terrible, mens had concrete flood and had both broken beds and beds that broke while people were on them. the power and AC also went out for 24 hours in the mens cabin. there was also a lot of dangerous equipment and a lot of people were getting hurt and having to go to the nurse and even have ambulances come. there was a zip line and swing but kids had to pull the swing to lift it up while other were riding and a lot of people got rope burn from having to do it over and over again. they were also constantly out of water or cups at stations so people were getting dehydrated and some kids passed out. overall i do not recommend this...

AWESOME CAMP for kids to go for the week without the constant distractions from tv, electronics, and the craziness of everyday life and focus on what is really important in life and thats having a real relationship with Jesus and building that bond with him. Mom and Dad If you do anything for your kids make sure to send them to this camp. God will do MIRACULOUS AND AMAZING TRANSFORMATIONS with your son or daughter during the week of church camp. *AND MOM AND DAD MAKE SURE WHEN THEY COME BACK FROM CAMP THAT YOU SPEND TIME AND TALK WITH THEM, AND ASK THEM WHAT GOD DID IN THEIR LIFE DURING THE WEEK, AND BE AN ENCOURAGEMENT AND NOT A DISCOURAGEMENT!!!

UPLIFT YOUR KIDS DAILY...STOP TEARING THEM DOWN. THEY HEAR THAT ENOUGH AT SCHOOL AND THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA.

MOM AND DAD YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR FAMILY AND GO TOGETHER TO A GREAT BIBLE BELIEVING CHURCH. THE WORLD IS AN ABSOLUTE MESS. GET YOUR FAMILY IN CHURCH!!!!

GOD...

Would happily shut this place down. I live right by this camp and they are so god damn loud and noisy i can't SLEEP BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE. My grandma works night shifts, and can't sleep because of them either. You can hear these people from franklin ave to 9th street. I'm tired of this place, they need to get their campers to respect the people living here. Or at least need to put the noise ordinance for 9 PM. People, counselors and campers are constantly going out to the pool at around 11-1am and doing things they shouldn't. where my house is positioned, we can hear it all. Please, if you have ANY respect for the people living in this community...
