After grocery shopping wanted to try my luck and get a scratch off. The line for customer service in this particular store is always long and crowded so I went to the lottery machine to get a ticket. I put a 20 dollar bill in the machine and it spit it out. Seeing this hubby quickly turned the money a different way and put it back in. The machine took the money and wouldn't allow us to purchase ticket. We asked a guy who we thought was security ( happened to be a city of Miami police officer) and he pointed to the lady behind the counter. We told her what happened and she made a face as if we were lying...like yeah right and looked at her co-worker. They moved like molasses, mumbled to one another, and eventually came over with 20 bucks in all 5's. Although they gave us our money back we still felt like they could've handled the situation better. It was embarrassing for the most part. City of Miami "security" didn't make it any better cause he watched us put the money in the machine and didn't confirm that we were telling the truth...he just put his head down and continued to scroll...
Read moreComing this location is always a chore. If you go during normal business hours the bank doesn't have enough parking spaces in the front. There is always a line at the ATM and the Wells Fargo staff act like you are inconveniencing them. In the evening the parking is packed from patrons going to Wing Stop and having to wait beyond your pickup time or at the Chinese restaurant. People park and block you in after they get out their cars. Others block the side exit by Wing Stop or drive in that way instead of making it just an exit. Many times it's easier to park on the other side of the plaza or in the back and walk to the business you are trying...

Although there is a police officer in the parking lot i have seen so many cars being broke into fight in the parking lot and people in this area are just rude if you are from any other ethnicity doesn't matter if you are white, yellow or brown they don't want you there and is sad because is not just the plaza is the laundry even the dollar store seem to be like that it seems that the city of miami have not done a good job protecting anybody else who is not african american really...
