The employee are rude disrespectful have no manners. Don't think in-service will help them it's there character. First of all being 2 rows down I heard someone cursing very loud despicable words, thought maybe it was an customer, but behold it was an employee. even watching me approach continued on her earphone talking cursing and carrying a very abrupt disgusting conversation, knowing I was there and hearing every word she said made no difference to her, I even gave her a gesture by shaking my head and I don't think it made a difference. went down a couple more Lanes wanted to ask an employee where to find an item she never heard me cuz she too was on the phone with the ear plugs in her ear. everybody is wearing the same white ear plugs. managers and all must know they're wearing them, they must be give them out at the counter. go to the checkout, the worker move the divider separating my grocery from the customer in front the customer and front placed it back and that's got it bad blood mainly totally by the employee the customer took it very well in his drive because it could have abrupted into something unnecessary. she was disrespectful. something is wrong with management over there is it because it's in Liberty City nobody cares, is it because you're so short of help nobody cares. manners is gone out the door along with the buggies. is it because help is hard to find so you settle on anything but as a customer I don't want to accept anything I still had to wait in a long line for service so at least let me have somebody that's pleasant even one visit and there was three different employees it was too much. When I go to Publix I don't hear all of that or see all of that why when I go in my own neighborhood this is what I receive you should expect the same service no matter...
Read moreJust left the store and the worker name Ms. Garcia did not cash me and an elderly customer out she say the store is about to close after they just made an announcement to bring our items to the front so me the elderly man and two other people was waiting in line as she cashed the other people out once we got to the front of the register she told us no and turned us away after she knew we was waiting there in line right after the announcement so she took her register out and walked to the back so me and the other customer asked her so what are the register we supposed to go to she said she don't know she don't care and she have to go and walked away from us the police officer looking puzzled he didn't say anything I asked to speak to a manager they say it was no manager available and I was so upset because I work late night as a first responder and I made it inside the store no one said it was closed while I was shopping and I feel like I got treated wrong and I don't expect this from my neighborhood and I feel like we need better customer service in the store and work us with better attitudes than know how to talk to customers without sending them away if they're already in the store and shopping without being stopped at the door. 😡😠😡😠😡 Next time I guess I will shop and Hialeah North Miami or Miami gardens because my neighborhood just don't have great...
