Weāve just had a horrible experience with McVille Motors. Their lack of communication and poor customer service, as well as downright dishonesty should make you run the other direction! We drove over two hours to look at a car for my college bound daughter. When we arrived we discovered they had lost the keys for the vehicle the day before, but had let us come all that way with hopes of finding the keys by the time we arrived. We hung around for almost an hour while they continued to hunt. Still no keys. The car hadnāt even been detailed or oil changed before our arrival because of the missing keys. Dustin offered to have it driven to our home town (where they needed to pick up another vehicle from a body shop they do business with) for us to test drive once keys were acquired. He assured us it would have a fresh oil change, be detailed out, and that they would come down on the price to make up for all of our trouble. When the car arrived in our home town for us to test drive it was an embarrassing, confusing situation as the local auto body shop was falsely led to believe the sale was already made and we were just there to get the keys and take the car home. The car oil hadnāt been freshly changed, nor had it been detailed out, and upon calling Dustin he informed us that they had too much money into getting new keys made to come down on the price. When we reached out to Ken to let him know our disappointment his response was to attack our character and refuse to believe that Dustin had made any of these promises to us. I didn't ā¹ļø I drove the vehicle that I purchased THREE times and the transmission went out. If I would have looked at the transmission fluid when checking the car over, I would have seen that the fluid was black instead of the red its supposed to be. When I brought it in to have the transmission replaced, I was informed that there are other significant issues with the car and it wasn't really worth putting the money into fixing it. I brought mine back the next day and told him about the rattle, they went ahead and fixed it with no complaints. After I got it back I found that they never touched the tires like they were asked but instead but a new rear end in it. Did they already know it was going out and sold it me that way? We will never know. Why did they just fix it with no hesitation?
