We would like to thank Ms. Teresa Vinson for outstanding customer service. We have been in this store before, my husband purchased a mattress here right after our move to Indiana. We believe in supporting local business and this business shines. Ms. Vinson is very knowledgeable, polite, and professional and patiently put up with my sarcastic sense of humor. She made sure to answer all our questions, researched online and made sure we had every question answered. We purchased a Flex Steel sofa, love seat and a recliner that rivals a space ship, lol. Also a dresser and dining table (exchange for a smaller size to match existing chairs which we previously purchased years ago).

I hope this community continues to support this business. This business is a shining example of "Hoosier Hospitality". Before we initially purchased the mattress and now these pieces, I researched, read reviews and realized this is where we will be doing business. Having owned previous Flex Steel pieces, I verified that this location is in fact a "authorized dealer".

If we need any other furniture, we are coming back. As consumers we know that there is no "upselling" here, no shady sales practices, just good old fashioned customer service. All your options are explained and when someone purchases, they have a business who will back up their items. 40+ years of service to the community and it shows. They have earned our business. I hope this young lady is recognized for her outstanding customer service. She is a asset to this business.

9/7/2024 - Delivery of partial order by Eric and Kevin. Very polite, professional young men. Assembled my Flex Steel pieces and placed them where we wanted. Upon looking at the setup we asked them to move them again because we wanted our dogs to be able to look out the window. Waiting on a 2 seater couch that might change the arrangement again but for now this setup is perfect. Nothing was damaged, everything was tested after being assembled. Great company to do business with and local which is very important to us. Thank you for your hard work. Definitely will recommend...

If you need furniture, shop at Naturally wood furniture!! They will go above and beyond to make sure that your fully happy & satisfied. I purchased a leather sectional 3 years ago. I started having a problem with 2 pieces. I contacted the store. Matt asked me to send him pictures. Immediately I received a call from him. He felt this was a Manufacturer defect & forwarded the issue to the manufacturer. He kept me updated on the progress. The manufacturer came back with a Ridiculous excuse & would do nothing. Naturally wood furniture felt that this was very wrong & unjust. They responded with, We sold you this piece of furniture & it's not right that the manufacturer won't correct the problem, SO WE ARE😲 Naturally wood furniture, issued me a full store credit,of what I paid for the sectional. I was in shock that they were so honorable. Businesses these days smooze you while your shopping, but after the sale your just another #. NOT HERE. My husband & I picked out a new set of furniture & everyone was so helpful. I will always shop here for my furniture. PLUS, the selection is great & prices are very fair. i purchased a dining table, chairs and server by manufacturer International Furniture Direct from this store about 2.5 years ago. Upon delivery the table and server were scratched. When I called the store to complain I was told that #1, rather than order a new server I was delivered the one from the showroom floor and #2, that the "imperfections" were characteristic of the type of material they were made from. However, they did come out and take to a workshop to TRY and remove the scratches. Now, 2.5 years later, the table has begun to chip all over and looks atrocious. Of course, since I purchased the furniture protection insurance I call to file a claim. The claim was denied because it was deemed an "ongoing" problem. I am now stuck with a table, which I initially liked very much, but can no longer have in my dining area because it looks horrible!!! And mind you, we very rarely ever used this $1,000 table because my husband and I eat on our kitchen island. So my only recourse is to PURCHASE A NEW TABLE!!!!! And, the server is still scratched but I have decor on it...
