"A complete redesign on a kitchen is not easy, especially if one chooses to do so without a designer. However, our experience with all of the staff at La Terra Stone was exceptional and we found that their help and direction was better than using a designer, at least for all of the stone products! The staff was always friendly no matter how many questions, problems or help needed. They were extremely knowledgeable and periodically directed us toward ideas that would not have come into our thought process. It was always a pleasure to work with them. The install teams were equally knowledgeable and efficient in all they did from measuring to final install. At the end, there was one minor unmatched finish on an exposed corner that was annoying only to us and would not have been noticed by anyone one visiting. Going in to La Terra Stone we knew exactly what we needed as our job was very small a remnant piece would have been sufficient so as we went on our search for our counter top we loved the one we had in our home and thought it would be perfect for our condo as well we were prepared to pay for a full piece when Colleen and the other staff at the store thought they had a remnant in the back and went on the hunt they searched for a good bit and came back with the best news, they found the piece and it was big enough for what we needed. That was early in the week and they had scheduled the template day for later that week and install was Tuesday the following week, we couldn't have been happier with the whole process. I just had an opportunity to see the granite countertop La Terra installed in our beach house kitchen last month. What a beautiful job! Rosie and Colleen's help with the selection was thorough and they communicated well during the entire process, through scheduling, installation and payment. Joe's measurements were precise and he even gave me the idea for an additional hole for a lotion dispenser. Competitive pricing, too!
