To Dan Pantano, I loved this company until Covid started, but they keep raising prices even though gas and other industries have dropped their prices.

I am a small business and I have been charging the same price for years because I don't have it in my heart to take from others and I still have a great life full of happiness and peace of mind.

Not everyone has the resources to pay what most companies charge. I called to ask and their response made no sense hopefully this post helps.

I've also had some uncomfortable situations with some employees who are probably just having a bad go at it.
