I’ve been coming here since I was a kid today I tried a free breakfast sandwich, it was delicious! Bagel was perfectly toasted eggs were fluffy and fresh And it was made so fast! The front counter guy was super nice and asked me how I was doing and what I liked here. I def will be coming back to try a bacon egg and cheese next! Also this is the only place in Middleboro with jalapeño poppers made with cream cheese and they are my absolute favorite!

Not sure about the one star reviews, this place made me one of the best Italian mixed sub that I have had in years, actually the only place that I know of being better closed over 20 years ago. First food place I marked on my map and I travel for a living. I will be back.

Sharon up front is a pretty lady. Solid Italian subs - stout.

Everything that is wrong with New England customer service, all in one store, they dont even deserve a single star! I have been trying to establish myself as a regular at this deli for months now. Spend no less than $50 EVERY TIME that I was in that store. I would also like to mention that I live about 20 mins away, so in no way am I local, yet I was trying to establish a regular relationship between customer and buisness. In the past 3 months, they have screwed up my order TOP-TO-BOTTOM on 3 seperate occasions. Every time that this occured, there were 15 y/o children running the store, without an adult on site for the majority of the day. The first time I let it slide. They are children and in new england, that is what family owned buisness to for their children in the summertime. I have no problem with that. However, if you plan to leave non-adults unnattended in a place of business for lengthy periods of time, you half to know as an owner, that this is a liability, and proper steps should be in place to properly train these children so they can handle these total pressures, that should be dealt with by management/ownership. With that being said: after my second failed $30 food order, I called and I was quite upset and demanded to speak to a manager. The nervous kid on the phone replied there is no way to get ahold of management and he can only take my name and number down. I hung up before I got out of hand, and left it as: I should only go there during the week, when I can count on adults to process my order. I place an order on the phone today on a Tuesday, and its the children again. I calmly place my order, asking for a large steak-tip sub with peppers and onions, and extra cheese. With tax this sub comes out to about $13. I also ordered a cheeseburger medium-well which should just have tiny bit of pink at the center. The sub I got was a shaved steak extra cheese no peppers or onions. The burger was medium rare, pink on the inside and blood red at the center. COMPLETELY WRONG ONCE AGAIN!!! I had enough at this point, and called back super-irate as I had gotten all the way home once again with a completely wrong order. When ordering from a deli, I should not half to be paranoid about checking my food EVERY single time I recieve my order, like you half to do with the fast food industry. I was yelling, and I demanded to speak to a manager. The kid asks for my name and number. I refused to give it to him, and tell him I will be down on the hour every hour until managment arrives today. 5 minutes later, I get a call from the owner, he knows my name, and he tells me the orders were taken correctly by the children, EVEN THOUGH HE WAS NOT THERE WHATSOEVER!! He tells me I have been yelling and cussing at his employees for weeks now, even though the only time I cussed was today and I dropped one F-bomb out of frustration. I told him I would not be so frustrated if he had adults in there working instead of 15 year olds. He promptly hung up on me, and every time I tried to call afterwards he hung up immediately. I have lived all over this country in many areas urban/rural, and the sense of self-importance/righteousness is unrivalled here in new england with store owners. None of them have a single bone in their body that is capable of displaying professional and courteous customer service. Its an epedemic up here, store owners feel they are entitled to pass judgement based off their way of life, and if you dont fit their criteria, you dont deserve quality customer services. Shame on you Village Market, you had an actual customer who would go in and spend generously on a regular basis, but you are too concerned about enjoying your "well deserved" summer break, instead of running and conducting your buisness in a professional manner, all the while putting your "PROUD AND RIGHTEOUS" self-important new england attitude on display. Absolutely right up there with one of the most disgusting displays of blatant lackadaisical and shoddy efforts put forth by "professionals", that I have...

I'd give them a zero if I could. I go there every single day as it is close to my house and I drove by daily. For the past year every two I go there to use their redemption center the subtract off exactly 20 cans from what I really have. Believe it's not the $1 I'm loading each time that bothers me. It's the principal! You're a well established business in MY community as you have been there since I was six and I'm sure for years before. I'm 44 and after going to their establishment for 38 years they have now lost mine and the rest of my families business, completely! Not just the redemption but all the lottery, cigarettes, groceries, and the delivery too. You're that cheap you have to steal money from your patrons then I'll go elsewhere. Shame on you. I have to believe they were instructed to do so as it's exactly 20 short every time. Way to run a 35 plus yr...

I have been going here almost every day, always greeted with a smile and warmth and a friendly smile 😊 by Sharon, I usually get a sandwich for lunch to take to work and it's like Matt can read my mind certain days I enjoy certain subs, but the last couple of days I have noticed that Matt and Sharon are no longer there??, I also noticed the change in hours, I am a senior and have a routine I asked if they were on vacation and really didn't get an answer? my neighbor said they were let go? I understand that new owners like to replace the staffing and not always a good choice, especially with Sharon and Matt, I now feel like I'm in the "quickey mart on the Simpsons "and hope the new owners bring them Back they were always personable and cared about me and others,so if you the owner read this you made a bad choice letting them go,as I and some others...
