We happened upon Wana Cabinets over 20 years ago while touring around Shipshewana and we loved their furniture, we purchased a small doll cradle but we knew we would be back. The next piece we purchased was a gorgeous cannonball four-poster bed, and I really wanted to buy dining room chairs but I needed 8 and just couldn't afford it then. In 2003, we built a new home in Indianapolis and decided to get a cabinet quote from Wana. We were blown away to find that they were cheaper than any quote we got other than the premade cabinets at Home Depot! I have EXQUISITE kitchen cabinets, and we also purchased the dining room chairs we had been wanting. A few years after we moved in here, we contracted with Casper to design and build a hutch and side table in our dining room. We are so satisfied with the quality of every piece of furniture we have gotten, and have been able to get additional pieces (like cabinet shelving) through the years as well. Quality furniture, amazing craftsmanship, great delivery people! However Joe the owner his customer service will make you wish you bought elsewhere. He told us it would be two weeks for delivery and he would call to set up a time he never did. I had to call twice before I was able to speak with him he told me the soonest would be another two weeks. Also asked if they take special care in packing and delivering his exact words were (you’re setting yourself up for failure) what does that even mean? Well a month later furniture is finally here. My husband and I are from Illinois and have been purchasing furniture from Wana for many years .I love their furniture stores. The furniture is well made, reasonably priced and beautiful . Delilah has helped us many times and many hours over the years ! She is very knowledgable in types or woods, stains and custom sizing .
