If I could give them zero stars, I would. The gentleman is very kind. He just needs new employees. The women are hateful and snotty EVERY time. Not to mention, they blatantly LIE to me frequently. Our family has had enough. We transferred our entire families prescriptions to Harris Teeter in Wilson and the pharmacist there said “oh! I have two more patients that are transferring from there, too. I can do it all at once.” Those women are in the wrong profession. They are better than NO ONE. If they keep losing business like this, they won’t be open for much longer. Let me add one more thing. The gentleman pharmacist already begged us once not to leave. We stayed. Read moreI contacted this pharmacy to see if they had a prescription in stock due to a mass shortage. The female associate seemed friendly; however when I asked her if the medication was in stock, she asked if I was with a doctors office or one of their customers and asked my name which I answered. She then put me on hold for 10 minutes and someone kept taking it on and off hold. In all Honesty it seemed like they didn’t want to provide that information, what I don’t understand is why not tell the person instead of keeping them on hold waiting for them to hang up and checking every so often to see if the person is still holding the line.
