Paid $28 (+tipped) for half my order on 2ร 4pc chicken tender meals. Never recieved my hush puppies and my Wife didn't recieve her rolls, it completely went over our head until lastnight. So I decided to leave a review. We had 2 different waitresses, one dripped the condensate from the bottom of the nasty tea pitcher that sits on counter tops and the bus pan right into my plate lol. I understand it's a rush so I didnt say anything, I just ate the food from the opposite side of my plate and chalked up what was lost. Also the other waitress with the tattoos was more worried about getting a $5 cash tip from an elderly woman than focusing on our table when she was our original waitress smh. Waited 35 minutes on 8 tenders and fries to be very sub-par. I remember those place was very nice when they had the old lady working at the register 10 years ago. Not sure whats going on, first time there since returning to NC and probably my last. It was better as Father and Son. Too bad "Geralds...

Update: It seems that the owners/manager has resorted to price gouging, just like other restaurant chains, due to the increased cost of eggs. A dozen wholesale eggs now in April 2025 has increased a grand total of $3 at it's highest since September 2024, And is in fact currently the same price now as it was in February 2024. That doesn't matter to the Wiggs'... this place wants to charge you $6/dozen MORE than they did last year. Apparently these restaurants think you and I cannot comprehend simple math. Until they stop their price gouging, we will not be patronizing this place, and my review will remain at one star. In fact, I don't know that I can ever trust them again... if they believe it's fine to rip us off, what else are they doing back there in...

We went the day before Thanksgiving and were pleased that they were open for breakfast and lunch that day-- we went for breakfast and brought family back for lunch it was so good! Breakfast was great, with a ton of options and delicious classics at very fair prices. Lunch was also great, with daily specials like chicken pastry and roast turkey! Not to mention the dessert! You HAVE to try the chew bread when it is available. It's like a brownie mixed with a sugar cookie, and it's delicious. Generous portions, affordable prices, clean atmosphere, friendly people... we will...
