7/15/2022 From start to finish a great experience. Capt Joe quickly responded to messages via Facebook where I first inquired about availability for a tuna charter. Having never done a tuna charter and being an avid fisherman, I was anxious to pick my first vessel. Well that anxiety was quickly removed thanks to the professionalism of both Capt. Joe and Capt. Bobby. Both of them worked tirelessly on making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Catching five beautiful yellowfin tuna was the icing on the cake. I’ve been fishing with Captain Joe quite a few times and I can tell you that he knows how to find and catch fish. Any species of the Jersey coast , from Fluke, Tuna , Stripers to sailfish. He gets really good info from other fishermen from days prior to get a feel for where to go for the day, ( or night ) to have the best results on your trip. He’s the only one I know that puts in a ton of effort for the best trip possible . Had great trips whenever I go out. A buddy bailed on me but I decided to still book and fish on my own. When I arrived I warned the crew and the other passengers that I mostly bottom fish and didn’t have much experience fishing for large stripers. When the fish started hitting I got the VIP treatment.
