Kids had a great time. Make sure you dress comfortable and sunscreens, which i forgot. It was a cloudy day. The kids love the playground. Next, we went to feed the animals. Make sure to get quarters for the corn dispensary. You can also purchase fruit or vegetables from the market to feed the animals. The market has a great selection. I never leave without the apple cider 100% juice. Next, we went to PYO fruit and veggies. Yes, it's $11 per person, even for 1 year old . You get to choose which fruit or veggies you decide to harvest that in seasoning or available. Container size varies on what you chose to harvest. Please keep in mind that for this price it's cheap. The fruit is pesticides free. If you never shop at a whole food or healthy organic. You would understand. That's cheap for a hay...
Read moreIt’s been a family tradition for three , now four generations to head over Labor Day weekend to ride the hay wagon and go apple and peach picking. This was my first time apple picking and my only qualm with the whole thing is that the apple selection wasn't that great. Perhaps it's the time of year but they had flagged sections for picking and there were a lot of people going past the closed off areas to take apples they weren't supposed to. Also a lot of families were blocking the better apples so people couldn't get to them. So overall it's not an issue with Linvilla, it's more an issue with the people who were there that day and the lack of supervision so people had a worthwhile experience.
I do love this place and highly recommend it to families! It's always great to support...
