Paint Zoo Studios — Local services in Middletown Township

I really didnt want to write this review but I felt like it had to be said. I met Frannie and his wife at an Eagles Super Bowl Event. They both seemed like good folks and his work well how can you argue with it. But from my perspective and those who I have talked to about having my bike done, it just doesn't sit well. The day after I met Frannie I wrote to him. I sent an email with pictures of a project I wanted done. I waited and waited and waited and finally he responded. He told me he'd look at my stuff and asked for a time to call me. I did just that and then I waited and waited. I called left messages and sadly hung on till the realization came that I just wasnt going to get a response. So here's my take on the matter. Frannie does good work but unless you are in his sites and have something he cares about you're just not important enough. Thats just my feeling after being strung along for months and having my hopes let down and my time wasted. I cant be the only one this has happened to as it wouldn't make sense. So, just beware that his time is more precious than yours. Update. After eading the response to my review I am.left wondering, what does it mean? I reached out many times. I waited. I sent pictures and follow up and got one response which was to send my contact info. Never heard from the company again. And what does my other reviews have to do with it.
