Communication is the biggest problem with The Cleaning Company. They don’t answer the phone or respond to texts. They also have a huge problem with timing their arrival. The last time I used this company they were hours late. Because of past service, I wanted to give them another chance. That was not the right decision. Today they are already over two hours late. If and when they show up, the cleaning service is good. The crew doesn’t speak English, so any special instructions have to be delivered through a translator over the phone (if they can get the translator to answer a call). I called TCC and was very shocked at the quote they gave me and decided to go ahead and book a cleaning session. They did AMAZING! The place is cleaner now than when we originally moved in. The ladies were super fast, respectful of the few personal items we still had left while I went to run errands, and when they finished they were mindful of making sure all of the lights were off.
