I tried to get the Arctic Ice muck boots but needed them in steel toe. I was told the Arctic Ice did not come in steel toe , but they could order the Arctic Sport. I agreed and not only did they get my name wrong, but also my employers name and said they did not have a good number to contact me even though they called me to informed me about having to get the Arctic Ice muck boot in steel toe. When I did go to the store I was then informed that the Arctic Sport was not available in steel toe. After leaving I went home and found the Arctic Sport in steel toe and bought them for considerably less than the boot that was ordered in. Not very happy with this business and would not recommend doing...
