Dollar General — Local services in Milford

The store in Riley, KS has went from alright to horrible. I was in today and could barely navigate a cart through the aisles because of all the boxes and clutter. I finally took my loaded cart to the checkout. Both registers were going which was nice at least. After waiting in line a while, the far register opened. I get up to it and was asked if I was paying cash. I said no and the lady told me her register was cash only. So, I was expected to go back around and get in line again. I didn't have time for that, so I left. I don't know if I'll ever be back. It seems that a person of average intelligence would figure out how to not let people lose their place in line to go to the far register just to be turned away because they plan to pay with...

This post is cashapp related. I just went in to deposit some money onto my cashapp. This woman turned me away saying that she can't do it because she hit her limit for that stuff today. I thought whatever at the time. I went to deposit at another Dollar General and I though that I'd ask and see if that was truly a thing hitting your limit for the day. The cashier told me that there is no such limit and that it sounded like she just didn't wanna do it. I don't know their policies but if it's true at riley dollar general that's fine but I had to drive an extra 20 miles just to be told my another dollar general that they have never heard of the limit before. Kinda just ticked me off a little bit cause like I kinda just had to spend extra money going...

Still relatively new in the North County in Riley but it didn't take long for everyone to warm up to the place. Better selection than I expected and the staff is friendly, helpful and I can't think of any place else where I've seen somebody always cleaning. They've pretty successfully filled a gap here where all previous attempts at establishing a grocery store of any kind...
