Brought my drive-it-till-it-dies here at the recommendation of some friends to get a second opinion on some repairs and a concerning noise. They didn't just take the word of the previous mechanic and seemed to spend extra time just trying to diagnose the problem. In the end they recommended only a relatively inexpensive repair, and didn't charge me for the time to figure out what was wrong. Since this wasn't a vehicle I cared to invest much into, I appreciated what seemed to be honest and reasonable advice. You know the kind - "Yeah, if it were my car and I'm just trying to keep it humming a couple more years, these are really the only things I'd worry about. Raz Autimotive is just amazing. After receiving estimates for repairs from other shops, I have taken my vehicles to Razz to be fixed. Every time , it was done right the first time, at a cost that saved me hundreds of dollars. This has happened at least 3 times. These people are reliable in their work, and their ethics. Shout out to the guy at Raz who may have literally saved our lives. We were traveling and started to experience a bad rattling so pulled in off the highway to check it out. Come to find out we were running on 3of 5 lug nuts/studs on our front drivers wheel. Had we continued, the wheel could have popped off on the highway. I shudder to think of that potential outcome.
