First off, Jeff Adams - You should be keeping your covid-19 opinions to yourself. Everyone has differing opinions on what is effective and what isn't. You won't sway anyone one way or another so your comment is arbitrary.
The store at first glance looks very outdated and rundown. The outside isn't striking nor is the inside. The layout inside is pretty sloppy with hardware just laying around in random places. They do have aisles but they end at difficult intervals. Kind of an odd feeling when you first step in. The first time I went I was weirded out due to the fact that I was immediately lost and when it came time to pay for my items the female cashier needed help counting my change back to me. Now, I have no problem getting any public service from any human being regardless of any differences we have but it actually kind of worried me for her safety and getting taken advantage of. The following times I went the owner was there and he was very pleasant to deal with. They have a decent selection of things for being just a small hardware store and it's not hard to get help finding what you need if it's in stock.
