I went to see Rick with some old jewelry I no longer wore & some rings passed down to me that I knew I'd never wear. I explained I have never worn a specific wedding band because over the years I've never found one that I adored enough to wear every day. Most look "typical" and I've happily worn the few pretty ones I've collected. I didn't know what I wanted, I just knew what I didn't want. After a couple of discussions, Rick helped me realize, I had a ring from years ago that meant everything to me... the first ring my husband ever gave me. He suggested we "create" that same ring but with more of a commitment look. I couldn't be happier with the result. I had tears in my eyes when he handed it to me!    Read moreThe owner was very rude when my son went to pick up his Lacoste watch from this shop. Theyâve been calling him to come get his watch since they couldnât fix it. He came for the weekend from college and stayed Monday to go get it since he didnât have classes too. The owner was telling his accountant doesnât allow him to let anyone in on Monday since it was closed. He never wanted to go in. We do have a business as well. If we are the owner of a shop and anyone coming to just get something back, we would return it and let the customer have it, IF we are plain there to be seen inside the shop. He just had to return it only. We would strive for customer satisfaction here by just giving his or her item. No customer satisfaction here. Just simply a rude man. Will never do...
