I’m so glad I found World WiFi Video & Appliance in Milledgeville GA! I was in search of a new refrigerator and found it. Customer service was awesome! When I walked into the store I was immediately met with salesperson and was shown their inventory. Once I spotted the GE side-by-side, black stainless that I wanted for a very low price (compared to Lowe’s), the owner approached and said they would be able to deliver the next day. Which was another plus! I ask about warranty and the owner stated there was a 1-year manufacturer warranty and if something went wrong, I was to contact him and he would handle contacting GE to get repaired. So far the refrigerator and ice maker are working great.

They did indeed deliver the next morning and took away my old refrigerator, all for $75. The nice men who delivered were very professional and fast. I will definitely keep this company in mind the next time I need an appliance. The owner stated he’s been in business...

Return policy was not disclosed with me before installation. That may be failure on my behalf for not asking or just not seeing it posted in the store. I let them talk me into a system was far more than I came in asking for and now I'm stuck with trying to sell it just to get back some of my money because they cannot take it back despite it being practically brand new. I can understand not getting my money back for the installation fee but to not take back and refund the product is a terrible way to handle this. I will never go back to this place nor do I recommend them unless you know exactly what you want and know you're gonna keep it. Otherwise, the employees were knowledgeable and friendly and they had some pretty cool...

So I had a tablet as my radio and wanted my factory back with bluetooth. Took it to them they installed everything was fine. The next time I got in my car it looked like this. Went up there to let them know, hey you broke my screen it still works but it’s broke and can’t see half of it. Basically if they break it they won’t fix it. They said “oh it must have been cracked before hand” which I stated it was not cause I had a totally different radio in there and it was not cracked when we got there. So after paying them $230 I have to replace something they broke that I paid for….so that’s an extra $105 out of my pocket that I shouldn’t have to pay....
