I am beyond grateful to Mr. Victor for the dedication and attention he paid to my ‘23 Bronco. I needed script lettering removed and my print lettering added. I was scheduled for a time slot and I walked in with a different problem that just occurred, and not one we discussed. Mr Victor looked at me and said I got it and give me an additional hour. He made my big problem seem small. Even with all the explaining (as only I can do) Mr. Victor patiently listened and did not cut me off. To say the service here is top tier is truly an understatement. Being the professional he is he already knew what to do, but he listened and let me know he was going to take care of Banks. He was truly an honor to work with. I am convinced he is the best in Tennessee and worth the drive if you aren’t near Millington. Mr. Victor literally corrected a problem that he didn’t create and I am truly grateful. Insideout has the answer when it comes to making your vehicle uniquely yours, and they go the extra mile. My husband was so impressed and thinking about adding new speakers to his Mustang. 5 ⭐️’s are enough for this business, let’s go 10 ⭐️’s. Thank you...

What can I say about Inside Out, Vic and his staff? They are AWESOME. I brought my Kia Forte into the shop to have some car audio stuff taken care of. I made an appointment and the car was taken to the install bay asap. I had a feeling it would be a little difficult because of the car it is, but Vic was able to knock the sound system out of the ballpark. He didn't stop working until it was finished. The secretary that works the front desk called me and kept me up to date as well as Vic. The customer service is top notch, probably the best I've ever experienced. Not only was the service great and the install, but the prices were cheaper than most places, but the quality of work was awesome. This will be the only car audio place I go to if I ever decide to get something else done. Vic and his crew are very knowledgeable and not one door panel or interior piece was scratched up. they take care of the vehicle and stand by their amazing work. Thank you guys! 5+ stars in my book....

Absolutely the best car audio and customization shop around! I live about an hour away and I will gladly make that trip every time I have an issue with my system or if I'm looking for upgrades! It's a great mom and pop shop that makes you feel valued and is willing to work with you on anything you have, they was even so nice as to come in on their off day and solve my issue free of charge! Granted it was just a simple wiring issue, but still he took the time out of his day to make sure I was taken care of. They care about their customers and was even trying to help me out through Facebook when I couldn't get it to work. I will forever respect them and see them when I'm in town just to check on what's new and see what I can do for my truck. Plus they're cheaper than most of these big time...
