08/30/24 - I once again had a great experience with HWC. Jason came to the house to install a new router and modem. What a good human being he is. I sure appreciated how he got my stuff up and running, and it gave me peace of mind to know it was done right. Also a shout out for Judy. On the phone, she was wonderful to talk to -- personable, responsive, and caring. She is also "good people". HWC was good to work with 3 years ago when I posted the review that follows, and they are still great to work with today. I went to HWC Computers to get larger replacement SSD drives for my wife's and my computers. Fortunately, I had the chance to speak Jason. After much discussion, we concluded spending that much upgrading nearly 10-year-old machines would not be the best course of action. We began talking about new computer options. I asked Jason to build two new computers. The thing that most impressed me about HWC Computers' build is that every single component was among the best available. Jason spent an unbelievable amount of time insuring everything was set up perfectly. This was the easiest transition to a new computer I have ever experienced. Jason built a powerful and fast computer so we had some time together. First and foremost he is very patient and that was especially important in this case — I can be somewhat slow at times. (87 years old)
