Rosati's Marketplace — Local services in Mills Township

I came here March 4th to get a ham. First one I picked up was expired, I start looking and EVERY SINGLE HAM was EXPIRED. They weren't expired by a couple of days they were weeks expired. Gray/ green coloring, obvious signs of off gassing in the packaging. I told an employee who said he has just been really busy and hadn't had time to pull expired items. He did start immediately pulling all the hams which there were easily over 10. This is not the first time I've had this experience here. I've came home countless times with expired slimy chicken. I've seen expired rotting meat in the meat case. I try to avoid this place at all cost but it is the closest store so I sometimes have to run here. ALWAYS check expiration dates because this store cannot be trusted. They are going to make someone very ill if they haven't already. I highly recommend shopping anywhere...

Was only in store about 10 minutes but it appears to be a full service grocery store minus all the B.S. in the chain stores. Big enough selection for the area it's located in, fresh meats looked fresh, veggies looked fresh, prices seemed reasonable. However maybe change the mop bucket water because the entrance area had a bad musty smell (it didn't carry throughout the store) and the floors had an overall dirty dingy appearance. The product areas however were clean and organized and well stocked. It was my first visit to the store so I'm not sure how long it's been around but my overall impression was it's a good place to buy groceries if you're camping or cottaging in the Skidway Lake - Presscott area. I guess it's exactly what I would expect for a grocery store up north. It is now another option for me while camping at my property along the Rifle...

I grew up maybe a mile from this store and have been shopping there for all 32 years of my life. They have a great variety of stuff for a grocery store basically anything you can think of and they are pretty fairly priced. I will speak very highly of Carrie their manager, (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) works so hard up there all the time so do all the other workers but anytime I have an issue if something is priced lower than what I am charged at checkout she'll correct it and normally notice it before I do it's a great place to shop I would recommend going there if you haven't. Not to mention there's a Subway attached to the same building so if you're hungry you can grab a bite to eat it's like...
