I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! We had new counter tops installed. Upon the installation, they damaged the counter with the mechanism they use to carry the counter top in. We have had someone come out four different times to try to buff out the imperfection, which is the size of your fist. When the guy is finished it is shined up, but by evening you can see the perfect circle again. The guy said well your husband said it was fine. Yep until evening an it is wiped a few times it is back to the same imperfection that was left on day one by the installers. He even went as far as to say if you look at the counter from the other side you can't see it, yep but that is not where I stand! Refuses to replace counter top because it is satisfactory. Satisfactory to whom?? I thought it was the customer satisfaction that was important, apparently not to...

We could not be happier that we selected Custom Marble for our project. From start to finish our project was on budget and on time. Matt and Laura guided us through the selection process, showing us all options that were available to make our remodel exactly what we had envisioned. We were able to breathe easy throughout the entire process knowing that they had every detail under control. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMAPANY!!! They did our vanities in our new bathrooms. In the MB they cut the holes wrong for the faucet...then we waited two weeks. Then the did the splash board wrong...then we waited two weeks. Then they came out to fix the splash boards and brought the wrong materials...yes you guessed it another two weeks and it still isn't done! Can't finish the tiling...can't hook up the faucets...can't hang the mirror until these idiots get it right. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND BE SURE TO CHECK WITH YOUR CONTRACTOR TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT...
