Penny's Petals LLC — Local services in Millstone Township

I stopped by on the Sunday before Valentine's Day Weekend which would have been February 10th. We spoke to a lady there; I don't remember what her name was, but she was very VERY polite! I was confident that we had found the place for our wedding flowers. She took my information down, even asked me to send pictures of what arraignments I was looking for to the work cell phone. She stated they would get me a quote within the next week or so. The following Tuesday I followed up with them via Facebook AND email. They were super polite again , but it was stated that they were busy with Valentine's Day and that she would get back to me via email by that weekend which would have been February 16-17. It is now April 5th, and I have not heard from anyone. Needless to say we will not be getting our flowers from Penny's Petals since our wedding is on June 22nd. I am actually very upset because my fiancé lives in Millstone and recommended this place. He was so excited when we spoke to the representative, but I find it really sad and unprofessional that no one had the decency to get back to us and at least tell us they didn't want to work with us. I never leave google reviews or any reviews for that matter, but I found it necessary because it's disappointing that we got treated that way when I was super nice and understanding those two times I spoke to them! Also, I saw that they had excellent reviews on google, and I'm not sure why we were the exception to the "great service" everyone has apparently...

Jen at Penny's Petals made our wedding flowers truly unique. I was a DIY bride and was set on making my own bouquets. My mom suggested we try at least one florist and from our first conversation with Jen in the shop, I knew I was in great hands! Jen was somehow able to turn my scattered thoughts and random loves of different plants and flowers into my dream bouquet. I don't know how she did it, but she did and I couldn't have been happier! Penny's Petals really made our wedding absolutely beautiful! Jen Met with me a few times before the wedding. She asked me very specific questions and managed to pull my image right out of my dreams. We had pine and white roses for our winter themed wedding on December 30th, 2018. Jen made pinecone and white roses for the boutonnieres and a similar arrangement for the center pieces. She put four to five arrangements on each table (some were round and some were oval) and placed warmly lit candles between them. The flowers really made the room light up!
