Swim-Mor Pools — Local services in Millstone Township

Swim Mor is a full service and construction pool company. Building an in ground pool is a huge investment in your outdoor living space. You need a trustworthy and experienced firm to start and complete this project. Swim Mor advised us on the building process and built us the pool of our dreams. Lauren called us before each step, excavation, gunite shell, plumbing, electrical, plaster finish, final grading and paver patio. Swim Mor took care of getting all of the construction permits and our Township approved everything the first time around for all inspections. Pam helped us select the final options and chemical needs to keep our pool water balanced throughout the Summer. We used them for our weekly maintenance as well. Swim Mor closed our pool in the Fall and we will be having them open our pool in the Spring. We interviewed many pool companies, but Swim Mor was the only contractor that listened and suggested a design that was within our budget. DO NOT CONTRACT SWIM-MOR! Please take my advice and find another pool company to build your pool! Carlton, Anthony Sylvan, anyone else. You will regret your decision if you go with Swim-Mor. I contracted them to build my pool in 2020 (and we know we would need to be patient due to the pandemic). This issue is not the time it took. The issue is the lack of communication through the process and after the build. The owner Chris Bonetti can care less about customers after the contract is signed. To make matters worse I have had several cracks in my pool since the build and the most recent one was reported in July of 2023. Fast forward to July 2024 and I am still having to follow-up week after week being told them same thing the work order is written up and someone will call you once it is on a route...12 months later! Chis will be super nice and responsive before you sign the contract and pay main amount.... They will be in super rush to schedule excavation, cause that's when you paying 50% of the contract and then in super rush with gunite shell, that's when you paying another 45% of the amount. As soon as they got 95% of the of the contract, they are not in rush and it will take forever! They guarantee to finish everything in 45 days and you have contract with guarantee for 45 days, but it's just a promise... We have pool construction started March 8, today is May 28 and they are not even close to finish it. We have this mess for almost 3 months and no one really care, they got your money... Ooh, and it's actually smaller then supposed to be. We extended size for 100sq ft and they charged extra $1,700. Now pool is 18ft wide instead of 19ft. When I emailed Chris about it, he said about reasonable tolerance... Seriously? Look for some other company. Don't waste your money,...
