This rating is hard because it can be challenging to find a Hall to rent. I did not rent from the people so i cant talk about prices or stuff like that i can talk about the Hall itself and the treatment from management as attendee of the event. Location is great! Lots of parking. The hall is in desperate need of repair, it has a smell of old rug and rodents, the carpeted areas are dirty and smells. The walls have a horrible wall paper even the bar area is antique to say the least. Even when you have someone come in to decorate the hall its only so much that can be done because the place is in disrepair. The bathroom is on the lower level and as youre walking down all you can smell is urine this is not a exaggeration at all, it looked clean but the smell was horrible. This was a all beverages at bar and that is absolutely fine we are all aware of this policy its nothing new. There was an elderly lady at this event she took out a half bottle of water out of her purse to drink her medication, the bartender who is also part of Management insulted this elderly woman so bad. Yelled at her from behind the bar about no drinks allowed if not purchased at bar, continued with " YOU people always trying to break the rules". I do understand that they make money off selling beverages but that could be handled much better, because as a business person everyone attending the event is a potential future customer. Anyway the man had a attitude the entire time, was not friendly at all just seemed bothered that we were there to be honest.
