This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had with a business. I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday. They did not show up as scheduled on her birthday. I was not notified that they would be delivered a day late and yet they went ahead and filled the order the day after her birthday and then delivered them to the wrong address. When I asked for my money back the florist said she would give me 20% off my next order. I told her I would never order from her again and wanted a refund. When she realized she delivered them to the wrong address she then stated she would give me a refund in full. But then called me back and said she mis spoke and meant 20% off the purchase. She continued to rattle on about what was fair and decided 50% off was fair. Was it fair that I was never informed the order would not be delivered on time? If I was informed I would have canceled the order and not paid anything. Was ir fair that the flowers didn't show up until 24 hours later? My sister's birthday only happens on one day per year.
