I recently called the town hall with regard to removing some wilting blue ribbons tied to telephone poles and neighbors fences that were put along Redesdale Road and Randolph Avenue up by a family in memory of a loved one. The ribbons after 2 months are fading and wilting and now starting to look like some one did not pick up after a parade. I would think after 2 months the family who put them up would have had the courteous to come back and take the old ribbons down which would have been the proper thing to do.
