If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Tonight the workers locked the door in our faces nearly 10 minutes before closing, smirking at my husband while he did it. We were at the store to have an error that they made corrected - they sold us the incorrect bulb for my headlight. Not a big deal, and all we needed was to get the right one. Honestly, this behavior tracks with this place. I only ever go in here for an emergency because the workers are rude, condescending, and generally not knowledgeable. Literally the worst service ever. Our rental car had terrible windshield wipers so we called ahead to see if these morons could help us out new ones on. We live in NYC and barely drive and we figured out how to put them on! They told us they “have never worked on something that new” (we are in a 2018 Hyundai Elantra) when we asked for help putting them on they wouldn’t even come help us and just stood behind the counter and grumbled. Hire some people with customer service skills. It’s a auto parts store for Christ’s sake! How do you not know how to do basic stuff like replace windshield wipers??...

Well I just recently purchased some parts there at Napa they were the only auto parts store around that had everything that I needed plus the discount that I received that they run their specials is awesome you save so much money and time I know I'll definitely continue to keep going back they definitely get two thumbs...
