Weis Markets — Local services in Milton

I am very disappointed with the deli I always liked their pizza but lately every time I try to place an order for pizza at the Weis in Milton there is always an issue, I tried to order a pizza the one day it was 6pm and the girl at the deli proceeded to tell me that the deli was closed for the day, when I know they do not close at that time! I eneded up having to drive to different Weis and they had no problem making me a pizza and it took like 15 minutes to get to the other weis and they were not closed!! And again today I tried to place an order for a pizza, and the girl that answered the phone immediately told me they were not excepting any orders didn’t even give me a reason. The last time I was there to pick up a pizza, I was the only customer there, the deli associate clearly seen me standing there did not even acknowledge me, just left me wait over 5 minutes while she was trying to fix an issue with the oven, when all she had to do was hand me my pizza box that was sitting right in front of me on the counter ready to go! Very disappointed cause it seems like they just don’t value good customer service! And its very frustrating being that is the closest...

There's been multiple times I have call the deli and nobody answers and sometimes when they do answer they say they can't make pizzas because they stopped making them for the day or ran out of dough or just this time the lady answered after the front desks called her and said they were short staffed and can't make pizzas. I believe it's the same lazy lady everytime. They should fire her! That's my opinion. This is at Wies markets in Milton. I know of 2 other people who have had the same type of situation at this Wies. Very incompetent. If I didn't only have 30 minutes for lunch I'd go over there and see just how short staffed they are. Probably just the same lazy lady as the last few times! Get rid of her!

I've had some pretty enjoyable experiences there and have had some help from some employees there of which were fantastic at times and thank you so very much for your help in life how I mean. Some of the food from Weis is superb and I've had things from bakery, deli and so on so excellent work on the various sections of the store as well such as people helping me find things, people helping me with pricing on some items if there was a confusion of some sort and so on. Thank you for your positive aspects even when things are going amazing and you smile and are happily spreading smiles and waves how I mean. I hope you have awesome moments in your future and more happiness in your life how I am...
