David Ramirez and his team have done an exceptional job working as the installers for a very valuable client and project of ours. This project was at the Atlanta Airport, which involves additional difficulties when it comes to badging and security restraints. David and his team worked diligently to make sure they had everything they needed and kept us updated regularly on the protocols. When it came to the install his team was very organized with receiving product and working with our specific requests. They provided detailed work, organization and vast education on the furniture and had great problem solving on-site. I would say the greatest thing about RIOF is their quick response time and mainly the accommodations they provided for us and the client, even when they seemed way too last minute or out of reach. David and his team would always make a plan to help complete items that were needed.
