Our internet was slow so about a year ago we upgraded to Pulse internet. It has been great up until a couple of months ago. It is slow again at times and I don't even have it at others. I called their office and they told me to turn the router off then back on and to run a speed test. I am still having issues. In other words, their service is a joke and we are not getting what we pay for. It is not at all fair that Twin Valley can get away this. This isn’t the only time, one time in the passed two years I got a lady who wasn’t rude. I been asking around and everyone I’ve talked to said they too have had issues with rude customer service.
