All people extremely nice here, from the start to the end :) At the gate they will check your paperwork and open the trailerās door. They will instruct you to move to parking spots so you can bring paperwork & seal to shipping office. There you have restroom, free coffee, tea, water. Itās very nice of them :). After that they will give you a phone call approximately after 35min with the door no. But REMEMER to unstrap the load, remove the bars for them, slide your tandems, chock your wheels, back up and in order to unload you need to bring the truck keys to the shipping office. Wear your safety west. So you got lot of walking there (and especially if you got the last docks). Remember after all you will need to do all actions but backwards š¤£š¤£ so they care for keep you in shape š¤£. But ppl are really nice & they are working as fast as they can so try to be respectful & understanding. No overnight. I was lucky to have a nap...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wanted to switch to Coke products at my establishment. I own my post mix equipment but was told I could get service from the Coke Service department on it. I scheduled a service appointment to make sure our system was running properly before we made the switch. The technician had to trip over $1000 worth of Coke products to get to my soda rack. They twice refused to service the equipment because it wasn't Coke product. I've waste at least 5 hours explaining this to the service department and then another 3 ours trying to pay my bill and cancel the account. I've been hung up on transferred to so many people its not even laughable anymore. Yolanda at the front desk is rude and annoying. I just want to pay my bill and close my account!!!!!
Become a coke customer if you only want headaches and disappointment. I called my 7 Up rep and had service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot here at 11AM, checked in at the gate but when I went to the receiving office they needed a different number. I gave them all the numbers I had and both the people working said they aernt good numbers. I went back to my truck and was on the phone/waiting for callback for 4 hours with dispatcher and broker. They insisted they have given me all the numbers so I went back inside (now with 2 different people working) i gave them the EXACT SAME numbers I had given the other 2 workers and they accepted them. Finally got a door at 6:45 and I'm still waiting to be loaded. Keep in mind I had a 1pm appointment. I don't know if it was the fault of those two that were working the morning shift or if it was someone behind the scenes but either way...
