I had a really weird experience last night at this location. I frequently visit the Milwaukie and Sandy location and the DO NOT OPERATE LIKE THIS. I came in and a lady was at the door with a lap top and asked to check me in (which they normally do at the counter), and she said the person at the counter would need to see my ID aswell. She had my ID for over two minutes and was flipping through multiple screens on her laptop, and typed my information more than once like she's recording the information. When I questioned why their location was operating different then the other locations, she told me it was OLCC law that they double check ID'S after dark. I questioned this because I have never heard such law and thought she was making it up. She them became very offended and started treating me like I was doing something wrong by questioning their practices. She asked me what my problem was with multiple people checking my ID at multiple computers. It was very weird and how quickly she got offended when I questioned the "OLCC" law she claimed was the reason. She made me feel like the are running a scam. I will never be back. I am sure they are stealing peoples ID...

This place is off the wallz insane. The prices are cheap cheap cheap. A fly could afford to buy weed here. The selection is huge from low thc to high thc content. They have the drinks with THC in them and I’ll let y’all in on a secret if you go in the morning it’s 10% off. Which makes them 12 dollars or 18. They have 20 % THC or 50 -% percent THC. The staff is educated on their product and very friendly. Although the down fall of this place is this, the location sucks. The parking lot sucks. It’s located next to 711 and a tattoo parlor. It literally has 5 parking spots. Now with the low prices and no parking this is a sticky situation. They are busy. Line out the door busy only because of the set up inside the store. Hope you don’t mind stinky people and closeness cus that’s what’s it’s like no ro to breathe. Due to the cheap price of the products you get a watch people tweakin and scratchin themselves. But all in all I’d recommend this lovely establishment to a friend and I will be returning. Oh yeah they open @ 8 am. And they close at 10 pm. That’s mind blowing awesomeness at its finest.. . I give it 4 stars. A must go and...

I have been a loyal customer for many years. Today no more, I'm very upset with the customer service provided by Lorraine on the 82nd Boulevard in Happy Valley. She was very disrespectful made fun of me try to confuse me was not listening to me was making me very uncomfortable and then did not want to help me with what I needed help with. I bought a dab pen months ago and I only used it twice. I did plug it in just nice and fine that wasn't the issue, I asked if if I was going to buy a new one if I could possibly get some sort of discount you guys have been very nice with me. Today I was met with the utmost disrespect and unkindness I've had in a very long time I will not be coming back there's so many other dispensaries that I can go to and I should have gone back to that one instead. I wanted to exchange my product for something else that I could use so I didn't have to spend more money on another battery but I was forced to do so. I advise that she is looked into and properly retrained you have lost a very loyal customer who has spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars may I say even thousands....
