A vehicle was dropped off for a straightforward two-door wrap and remained at the facility for two weeks. Meanwhile, a large truck was delivered, but Colton declined to accept it due to his vacation plans. This resulted in substantial costs for our company. After voicing our concerns, Colton left the vehicle he originally had outside the gate with the keys inside and contacted me after starting his vacation to pickup a vehile he didnt work on at all .
