Nachitos Mexican Amer Grill — Restaurant in Minco

I was pleasantly surprised with this stop. The salsa was mild but had plenty of flavor. The hot salsa was not very hot but had an amazing roasty flavor. It was super tasty! The queso was my least favorite. It was not bad but just didn't stand out. I ordered (#14 if I remember correctly). Taco, Chile rellenos, enchilada. The taco was just a basic texmex taco. The enchilada had super moist chicken and a great flavor. The crema sauce was excellent. The shining star on my plate was the chile rellano. The peper had quite the kick! It was breaded just right, and there wasn't a seed in site. This was all the things I love about a chile rellano! Im not much of a sopapilla fan but I ate the entire thing. It was light and airy and amazing!

The waitress was amazing and kind and warm. The service was spectacular. The interior is small but nice ( very pretty colorful spanish mural on the wall)

I was in Minco around lunch time so I explored the food options and decided on Nachitos Mexican. The place was pretty packed when I pulled in so that's always a good sign the food must be good. I was not disappointed. It was muy bueno. The decor was pretty typical for Mexican restaurant but I did appreciate the artist did a terrific job painting the murals.

Chips & queso were superb and I selected cheese enchiladas for my entree along with the customary rice and beans. The food was really good and the staff was attentive. It's amazing to me how this place has so many good reviews because there was absolutely nothing good here. It took 20 minutes just for someone to take our drink order and then instead of asking politely if we needed straws she just yelled the word straws at us. It then took another 20-30 minutes to get our food order taken and approximately 45 minutes to get our food. No one refilled our drinks or asked how our food was and I don't think I've ever encountered another human being as rude as our server was.
