Hmmm, well I ran across this boutiques ad on fb, the most popular place for scam ads. I love what I see, but not what I see here on the reviews! I am VERYYYY leary, and not really sure if I should try it or not. I do like that they have replied to issues on here, BUT I don't like that they only reply here, and not to the emails they are supposedly receiving from the customers with the complaints. Another thing that bothers me is one reviewer wrote her item was very late etc, and the business replied that they had been out on a cruise. I think professionally you guys should have had some type of message about that on your site, or a auto reply in email to let your customers know that this might interrupt their scheduled deliveries, OR you should have had another worker mail those items out to the customers. Anyhow, I don't know. I'm on the fence here, but will keep you guys in mind.

Pros-I really like the items I received! The owners/workers seem to be very friendly. I give them credit for dealing with bad reviews and comments so professionally! My items were just as pictured!

I do hope you ladies will find some way of getting your orders out faster, and without making so many mistakes with the orders as well. I really would like to see this...

Prior to submitting my purchase I reached out to confirm the boots I was purchasing were true to size and they confirmed they were. I proceeded to process my order with a discount code they supplied me for being new. Big Mistake!
When I received my package the boots in fact didn't fit and I reached out to them to see how to handle the process of a return or exchange.
I was told they were true to size (I even offered to send a video and picture showing they didn't fit) and because I used the discount code THEY PROVIDED ME TO USE my boots could not be returned and I should try and sell them myself! Really?...
Very disappointed in this company and the customer service they didn't give me.
Warning! Do not use any discounts or coupons they provide for that automatically means you CANNOT make any returns or exchanges. I've never heard of such a thing and do atleaat 90% of my shopping online.
I'm now stuck with a pair of boots that cannot be worn...

I ordered a grab bag on 9/29, it didn't ship until Monday 10/7 well over a week later, I didn't receive it until 10/15. My package was sent to NEW JERSEY. I live in New Braunfels TX which is 5ish hours away from Mineola. That could be at the fault of USPS but still annoying none the less. From start to finish it took me 2 weeks to get my order. I really wasn't that impressed with my grab bag. When I inquired about my order I got "oh we've had an influx of orders and we're playing catch up. Our typical turn around time is 3-7 business days excluding Fridays and weekends." That is quite a range for turn around time and again, not fast shipping. Overall it was a less than spectacular experience which kind of stinks because they do have some cute clothes. However, I would really have to reconsider ordering...
