Great flavor and texture for their sausages. We especially like the beef sticks for their taste and texture. Prices are affordable and much less that you would pay for a store brand plus you get freshness since they produce all their meats there and products. We will be back. Will not disappoint you and worth the short ride or what you will get as far as quality in your pocketbook. Highly recommend we ordered a prime rib roast and it just melted in our mouths it was that good. The flavor varieties they have are amazing. Too many to mention you'll have to...

I got a delicious beef loin a year ago and another one today. BOTH were incredible! Cut a few steaks out of I and had one tonight. Yummmm. Five stars!!! Will do the prime roast...

We just happened to stop in and we're so glad we did. The jalapeno bacon is the best bacon I've ever had. We also bought some different snack sticks that the whole family has enjoyed....
