McAdoo Fitness Center — Local services in Minot

I was really excited during my walk through. However, when I showed up to work out with my family on a Friday at 1, the family room was closed with a small sign on the door saying closed for Freedom Festival. No contact number. I specifically asked if the family room was always open and was told yes. Then, when I asked about 24-hour access, I once again asked about the family room and was told yes. It's an amazing facility with everything you could want, but you have to catch them while they are there there or half of it is closed. This is one of the nicest gyms the AF has, when it was in its former glory this facility was decrepid at best.

After roaming around the world, this is by far a. Awesome gym. It has basically most of what you need. I really wouldn't ask for too much. It has 24/7 access, why pay for a downtown gym when if you have base access. Save your bread, use the one here.

Upstairs running is interesting, it has its crowded times, what place doesn't. Sauna room is open, that's a good place to melt down the other gains.

Good gym, the staff is happy to help when asked. The administration does their best to make sure the gym is up to par, sometimes lack of funding makes that hard to do. Gym equipment is expensive and people need to realize that. The family room is restrictive and...
