Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Minot

We were regular customers for a couple of years until we found beard hair in our cheese sticks and our pizza. One of the delivery drivers was in the food prep area putting pizzas in boxes with a long beard and no hair net over it. The manager was apologetic and refunded us and gave us a voucher for a free meal. He assured us the driver wouldn't be in the food prep area again.

We finally decided to order again, and the same driver was back in the food prep area again when I went to pick up.... no hair net over his long beard. This time the manager seemed to think I was being overly dramatic when I called him to complain that his driver still wasn't wearing a hair net while in the food prep area even though he knew we'd gotten hair in multiple items last time. He said he would talk to the driver yet again. Talking isn't working. Get control of your workers. Until there is accountability, they will keep doing what they want whack you aren't watching.

I'm done and won't order from them again. Don't know why we can't get a pizza place that actually abides by simple public health...

Went to inquire about options at 10:10pm and as I started to ask what would be needed to get a pizza I am cut off mid sentence and told that the lobby is closed by a blonde boy. I wait to see if there is more but instead of hearing why I am forced to ask ok so what options do I have. With a very annoyed attitude I am told "to call and we will deliver." I ask if I can just wait in the parking lot since I was already there and have them just bring it out to save them a trip and he just goes on how the lobby is closed and we can deliver to a different parking lot. I am hungry and tired and just got off work. Definitely one of the worst services I have received. Don't recommend going once the lobby is closed. Not going to recommend or go to this place. First time visit...

This Papa John's is ridiculous, I called in the first time and was received horrible customer service to the point where I was not comfortable ordering from there and it was my first time ordering from there about a month ago. Now today I tried to call and place an order same guy of who picked up the phone who took my order called me a first and last name of someone whom I never met, then he told me to call a different location with the same number that I just called him on. So I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager told me to calm down when I wasn't even upset at all. So I'm not sure exactly what's going on but it seems as if certain businesses should not be existing here in Minot it's putting a bad damp in this...
