I had a last minute alteration emergency! My boyfriend had a fitted suit delivered to our home that he was going to wear to an upcoming graduation ceremony. The men's slacks that matched the jacket were a few inches too long! I immediately panicked and began scouring the internet trying to find someone who could do a mens slack alteration with only a weeks notice! Luckily, I remembered that Ziker's offered tailoring services. I called the location in Michiwaka and booked an appointment with Colleen for the next day. We were SO lucky to have found her! Not only was she incredibly personable, but she went out of her way to pin different lengths to reflect different styles. She was very punctual, making sure he walked around at the length selected to make certain it was a comfortable fit with his dress shoes. We paid the "rush" fee and walked away feeling wonderful about the experience. We received a call from Ziker's 3 days later, letting us know the slacks were ready! We were shocked! Talk about rush! Upon pickup, Colleen again, had him try on the slacks to make absolutely sure he was happy and comfortable with the finished look. This transaction was smooth and simple from start to finish. I dropped off three of my Dad’s 1940s sport jackets at the Ziker cleaners in Elkhart. They had been packed away for many years, they were very wrinkled with a few dark areas and showed their age. I hoped they could be cleaned well enough just to look nice. I was very surprised when I picked them up. The wrinkles were gone and two of them looked almost new. One of them still had a few darkened areas with a note on it that they did the best they could do without doing damage to the jacket, I think they did a great job with it considering the way it looked when I dropped it off. Thank you for restoring these for me. Great Job!

I would like to thank the Tailors at Ziker on Byrkit Ave, in Mishawaka. I have had several insignia and chevrons applied on my uniforms. They have always done a great job. I used Ziker cleaner on 12th street in Mishawaka. I had just moved to the area and this cleaner was extremely convenient for me. I used the website to get hours and was able to get a quote for my queen comforter right online. I felt it was very reasonable so I dropped off the next day. The customer service was fantastic, warm, friendly, informative and actually refreshing. I received my bedding back earlier than promised and the cleaning was top notch. When I picked up it was quick and easy with the same top notch friendly service. You can feel they care for your business, shows in service and quality. I will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone asking for a good cleaner. Just have to add another great experience at Ziker’s on 12th street, had three pairs of pants and a casual summer dress hemmed there- superb!
