I searched for several months to find a reputable jewelry store that is a family owned business. I had a few diamond rings and other jewelry to be appraised plus I wanted to upgrade my wife's diamond wedding ring and diamond bands. We will celebrate 15 years of marriage this year. It has been a tough 2020 and into 2021 for our family.

I searched Yelp and Google and the search results kept yielding Royal Diamond Jewelry. I felt the urge to contact them. So glad I did!!

Rafi and Rosette greeted me and my daughter upon entering the store and explained the appraisal process plus the costs. When I sat down, they were talking with me ... I felt so comfortable, so at ease, and I felt reassured that they had my best interests at hand. They completed the appraisals on time with ease and for minimal costs. Amazing!

Then, I asked Rafi and Rosette about my plans to upgrade my wife's diamond wedding ring and diamond bands. I explained what I intended to do and here's what clinched the deal. They presented various-sized diamonds of various quality standards and we compared them to my wife's diamond. They explained the cost involved to upgrade my wife's diamond. They recommended that since my wife's diamond is already of exceptional quality, upgrading the center stone would cost about 5-digits, while not making that noticeable of a difference. Wow, such honesty!

Instead, they recommended a double-halo type of customized upgrade to the diamond wedding ring. They showed me what the final upgraded diamond wedding ring, with the double diamond halos, and diamond bands would all look together like plus explained the costs. The timeframe to complete the upgrade was also important to me.

I couldn't believe it! How in the world can this be possible? The upgrade would look SO brilliant, would not cost nearly as much as planned, and would be completed within a very short turnaround (two weeks)?

I trusted their inspired creation, their expertise, and the plans for the upgrade. Within two weeks, my wife's upgraded diamond wedding ring, diamond bands, and diamond halos were ready to be picked up. My jaw dropped! I could not believe how brilliant/radiant their creation upgraded my wife's diamond wedding ring by adding the two diamond halos, plus added rhodium plating to the entire piece!!

They also included other items (Tungsten ring, new appraisals) that were at no charge and included in the price. They EXCEEDED my expectations!!! They were SO correct as to the quality of their creation and the minimal costs involved versus upgrading the diamond ring alone. Now we have extra cash available that we are going on a wedding anniversary staycation!!

When I presented this to my wife, she fell in love with me all over again!!! SHE LOVES IT!!!!

I first found Royal Diamond Jewelry when I needed to get my wedding ring appraised for my homeowners insurance in 2019. Fair pricing, friendly service, and quick turnaround. So we brought my husband’s wedding ring in to get to appraised. . Wonderful customer service. They take the time to educate you about diamonds and gemstones.

When I came back in, I noticed a beautiful shade of topaz that I was not familiar with, London blue. I made a mental note to come back in the future and possibly get a ring from them.

We came back in January 2021 to look at rings. Raffi had a custom designed beautiful star shaped ring. I am not into square or diamond shape gemstones, but this one really fit the design well. Rosette and Raffi Both were very patient and helpful. Plus, my husband liked their coffee. We decided to buy the 14 karat gold white ring and we came back in to choose the individual London blue Topaz that I wanted. My husband also saw a piece of jewelry he wanted so we ordered that as well.

Their original ring design with London Blue topaz came out beautifully! Gorgeous ring...the pictures don’t do it justice. With the diamonds, I love the unique star design.

One thing has always bothered me about my wedding ring, the large retail jeweler that we bought it from set the center stone diamond crooked and there is a large gap around it which we were not led to believe would be there, not to mention the halo was yellow gold gold dipped in white gold which they misled us saying it was perfectly fine. anytime I’ve had the ring polished, the yellow gold returns. Plus, I had already lost two small stones. I’ve been frustrated about the design flaws but figured there wasn’t anything I could do about it.

Raffi suggested we redo the halo portion of the ring in white gold, use even sized diamonds in the halo, and remove the gap. I didn’t know that was possible!

We picked up my repaired ring, he reset the Center diamond into it making sure that we were present during every part of the process because it was an expensive center stone diamond (he’s very aware about the customer trusting him).

Great workmanship! I’m thrilled with the results and can’t stop staring at it in the light! We couldn’t be happier. Now we have a favorite local jeweler and we will be back in the future.

I brought my late mom's ring here to possibly be resized so that I could wear it. I was nervous about taking it anywhere, since I don't have much experience with jewelers and didn't know how to identify a good one. I chose this place based on their glowing reviews online.

I was not sorry about my choice. I feel really lucky to have made it. Rosette and Raffi are absolutely wonderful people and highly skilled at what they do. They treated my mom's ring with such care and respect. They not only resized it for me; they also repaired the vintage setting, and cleaned the whole thing beautifully — I had no idea what the gold actually looked like since it had needed a cleaning since I was born!

I'm also so grateful to Rosette for identifying the stone for me. My family had assumed we knew what it was forever, and it turns out we were completely wrong! It was both hilarious and meaningful to finally have the answer. Rosette also explained and demonstrated how she figured it out because I found it so interesting.

I felt like I did the right thing by my mom by bringing her ring here. Please go to this place with your most important pieces and don't worry. They will be given excellent care! You'll also be glad to have met these two just as people in general; they're fun and interesting to talk to. Honestly one of my best retail...
