Caveman Zipline — Local services in Missouri

My 8 year old daughter and I were headed home after an evening with friends in Sullivan. Sofia was still in her pj's and we hadn't even had breakfast yet. Due to being treated and having ongoing treatments now for a year for Stage 3 Breast Cancer, bought a rusted 2001 Jeep Wrangler last week barely squeaking by passing the Safety and Emissions Inspection and that day was in search for an adventure! Meramec Caverans/Caveman Zipline never disappoints! Sofia was to young and probably wouldn't have passed the weigh in to Zipline. Bought us a couple of their t-shirts because it was hotter than hell outside, lol. We did the Challenging Rope Course and the 45 foot free jump. The employees were super AwEsOmE and made the experience great! Sofia said she was in fear at this rope course versus Go Gorilla Rope course for so many reasons but still had a blast!!! We definitely got our $60 worth of fun and making a memory hopefully Sofia will never forget...

After camping for two nights we were looking forward to zip lining with our children. I booked the campsite, float and the zip line over the phone three weeks prior. We promptly arrive to the zip line location, and or treated rudely by the host. After filling out the forms they then informed us that our children were not old enough, and didn’t weigh enough to do the zip line. After asking why no one told us that over the phone, they said that’s your responsibility to look up on the website. I responded with, I didn’t use your website, I called over the phone. They then said it’s still your responsibility. They rudely refunded our money. I would not...

Staff was super polite, fun and informative about the area (Caverns, tubing/kayaking, other small activities) The equipment (helmet, gloves and harnesses) were very clean and very well maintained, not dirty, no frays and no cracks in anything. I went with a friend and it was her first time zip lining, and she had an absolute blast. The guides were wonderful about keeping things light and making sure we had a great time. I've gone zip lining a few times but I think this takes the cake for a great course for first timers.
